How quickly will I hear back?
A person on the Bedbugz team reads every message. We usually reply within two business days, and safety concerns are read first.
I saw something in a story that did not feel right. What should I do?
Choose "A safety or content concern" and tell us the book title and chapter. We review it, and you can lower the intensity or turn off themes at any time in parental controls.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
You can manage your plan from Profile and account at any time. If something looks wrong with a charge, write to us and include the email on your account.
Can I delete my family’s stories and data?
Yes. You can delete your account from Profile and account, which removes your library and the names you entered. Our privacy policy explains exactly what we keep.
Do you work with schools, libraries or pediatric sleep coaches?
We would like to. Choose "Schools, libraries and partnerships" and tell us about your families and what you need.
